1. Use cuticle oil daily
Using the cuticle oil daily helps to stimulate growth, keeps them strong and healthy and also improves the overall appearance of your nails. For the best results apply it before bed; massage the oil into the base of the nails and then it has all night to work it's magic.
2.Get your gloves out
When your washing the dishes, cleaning the bathroom or doing the gardening be sure to wear your rubber gloves!
If you haven't got any then be sure to invest in a pair, your hands and nails will thank you for it! When your skin comes onto contact with cleaning liquids and detergents it can be very damaging to your skin and nails which will lead to dry skin and weaker nails as they are full of chemicals.

3. Moisturise
Your hands are often subjected to lots of things that'll dry them out, so why not show your hands you care by treating your hands to a mini massage with a moisturisng hand cream.
Apply a thick, velvety moisturising cream each time you wash your hands to leave skin feeling soft and supple.
